- If you keep on drive a car after traffic accident without backup the recorded video files, the recorded video files of accident moment can be deleted because newly recorded video files are being saved in succession.  

  Therefore, you need to backup the recorded video files from SD memory card or turn off the power of dash cam and pick out the SD memory card when you have a traffic accident.

- 3500, 3500 Format-free, 3500 Gold, 4300 models could be applied up to 32 GB memory. (MLC TYPE / Class 10 only)

- When you playing recorded video files, please use MBIZONE exclusive viewer if not, it is impossible to check front and rear view image. You can download exclusive viewers on MBIZONE website as blow. 

   For 3500 PRO, 4000 models

- In case of 3500, 3500 Format-free, 3500 Gold, 4300 models, you just can check only 100 MB rooms on your PC and this is characteristic of products.  

  Video images will be recorded to other space of invisible except 100 MB. So, you please use an exclusive viewer in order to check images and you can download it on Resources of MBIZONE website.  

  Please check your model name carefully when you download an exclusive viewer and use it after installation. 

- MBIZONE dash cam is format-free product, however it recommends to be formatted manually by every 2 weeks for managing SD memory card safely.

- SD memory card for the dash cam, it is repeating read, write and delete very often so its life is quite shorter than normal SD memory card.  

  Generally SD memory cards have its own life (if your memory card is original MBIZONE product, you can get a free A/S warranty for six months after purchasing date.), it cannot be saved new data if SD memory card is used for a long time.  

  In this case, you need to purchase new one. 

- It’s impossible. If you check recorded video images by your smartphone through inserting micro SD memory card into smartphone, it would be occurred error by crushing system files of micro SD memory card and smartphone.

   If you want to check recorded video images, please do it on dash cam LCD or use an exclusive viewer on PC. 

(1) It is a temporary SD memory card error, and it will be normalized after formatting SD memory card. Please connect SD memory card into PC and format it. After that, please insert SD memory card into main body of dash cam and run it.

- We recommend purchasing “MBIZONE genuine SD memory card” when you are going to buy SD memory card. Other companies’ one could not be compatible with our Dash Cam, and it might make a trouble.

- SD memory card must be satisfied “MLC TYPE” and “Class 10”. 

- If your SD memory card is MBIZONE genuine product, you can get a free A/S for 6 months after purchasing date.
